Dengan resep nastar keju tanpa oven ini, ibu tak peru khawatir lagi jika memang belum punya oven. Ibu dapat membuatnya langsung dengan cara yang cukup mudah.

Bahan – Bahan

Bahan-bahan Nastar

Kuning telur 2 butir

Gula halus 3 sdm

Tepung terigu 200 gr

Blue Band Cake and Cookie 150 gr

Susu bubuk putih 27 gr

Keju cheddar parut 2 sdm

Ekstrak vanila 2 sdt atau 1/2 vanili bubuk

Tepung maizena 2 sdm

Selai nanas untuk isian 200 gr

Bahan karamel untuk pelapis

Gula merah sisir 50 gr

Gula pasir 50 gr

Air 75 ml

 

Langkah Penyajian

  1. Campurkan Blue Band Cake and Cookie, kuning telur, dan gula halus ke dalam mangkuk besar lalu aduk hingga merata.
  2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, ekstrak vanilla, tepung maizena, susu bubuk, dan keju parut. Aduk dengan spatula hingga membentuk seperti adonan.
  3. Bentuk selai nanas menyerupai bola untuk isian.
  4. Pipihkan 1 sendok adonan lalu beri isian selai nanas. Bentuk menjadi bola.
  5. Panaskan panci pengukus tanpa air beserta dengan saringannya di atas kompor. Oleskan Blue Band Cake and Cookie pada saringan panci.
  6. Masukkan bola-bola Nastar ke dalam panci. Masak Nastar hingga kurang lebih 15 menit dengan api kompor kecil sampai matang dan Nastar berwarna agak kecoklatan. Angkat, dinginkan.
  7. Siapkan cairan karamel: panaskan gula merah, gula pasir, dan air di panci kecil, di atas kompor dengan suhu sedang. Biarkan mendidih lalu kecilkan suhu api hingga terbentuk cairan karamel. Matikan kompor.
  8. Oleskan cairan karamel di atas permukaan Nastar yang telah matang untuk memberi kesan mengkilap.
  9. Diamkan sejenak hingga lapisan karamel mengering. Nastar siap disantap.
